It's the first UK property transaction to combine the Gazeal Home Insights Survey with a Gazeal Reservation Agreement that completed in 35 days.
That's to completion, not exchange. The UK average is 120 days, but his one took 35 days.

All Agents know, property transactions can take months to complete, with surveys, unexpected findings and uncertainty around whether both parties will proceed, creating opportunities for delays. This can mean waiting months to move, with no guarantee.
In this transaction, the aim was to address two of these challenges from the outset: giving Buyers access to property information before making an offer and establishing commitment between the Buyer and Seller once the offer was accepted.
Completion
With the Upfront Seller Survey providing early access to property information and the Reservation Agreement establishing commitment between the Buyer and Seller, both were in place to help the transaction progress. When the Buyer booked a second survey, they were given the opportunity to speak directly with the original surveyor about the existing report rather than immediately paying for another one. Two weeks later, the sale completed.
From offer accepted to completion, the transaction took just 35 days, compared with the stated UK average of 120 days.
It is a great example of how making property information available early and establishing commitment from the outset can work together. The Buyer had information to consider before making an offer, and both parties had a financial commitment behind their agreement to proceed. For the agent, it was a transaction where these two elements came together, from the property going on the market to the keys being handed over, in just five weeks.
